Program of the Congress

Registration to the 38th European Congress is open. You can register by downloading the registration form , filling it in and sending it to theosophycongress@gmail.com.

 

 

Registration form

Full board covers meals from lunch on the 21st to breakfast on the 26th. Lunch on Saturday 26th is optional. Tick the corresponding boxes on the registration form.

Rooms will be available from 15.00 onwards.
All meals are vegetarian: buffet with water included (other drinks at extra cost).

IMPORTANT:

Payment: bank wire only (no credit card)

  • Option 1.- One only payment for the full amount of the attendance to the Congress.
  • Option 2.- Payment of the registration fee: 70€ for members, 80€ for non-members, and the rest before deadline for registration (30th July 2017). Only for Full Board and Weekly Pack.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION before deadline, payment will be refunded, except for the registration fee. After this date (15th July 2017) there will be no refund of any amount paid.
No registration will be complete without payment confirmation sent to theosophycongress@gmail.com.

The name of the attendant must appear on the bank receipt. In case the payee is not the attendant, please state the name of the attendant in the reference.

  • FULL BOARD AND WEEKLY PACK REGISTRATION UNTIL 30th JULY 
  • DAY VISITORS REGISTRATION ONLY FROM 16th TO 30th JULY
